Thailand 2015

This year my bf and I chose to travel to Thailand. Thailand has been on my bucket list ever since I can remember! Also, having been to Asia for literally one night (in transit) about two years ago, and seeing how differently people live made me want to experience some more of it. I wanted to see a completely new and rich culture, but still be able to relax, enjoying crystal clear waters and stunning beaches. One other aspect about Thailand that makes it such an incredible destination is that for us (living in Australia) Thailand is an extremely cheap country. This would be the same for anyone coming from countries with a stronger economy such as Canada, USA, UK and others, once you convert your currency to theirs, BAHT, you are a millionaire! haha. The food, tours, massages, car and scooter rentals are very affordable and you’ll simply feel like a queen or king. Btw, my bf and I went crazy over there, eating like royalty and getting massages every day! (I’m missing it already)

We booked our trip for 17 days travelling from Sydney to Bangkok, Krabi, Phi Phi, A lot of islands in between, Phuket, and lastly Koh Samui. I mean, this wasn’t an ideal vacation for relaxation due to all the travelling from one place to the next, but in the end it was totally worth it. I got to see a lot of the natural beauty Thailand has to offer and I am certainly going to visit again.

Each place has a different vibe but they all have two things in common;

1. AMAZING food and
2. The nicest, friendliest, most humble people you’ll ever meet.

Over the next few weeks I’m going to share more about the places I visited, and my experiences in Thailand with you guys, ill try to give as much as information as I can…. I hope you all enjoy it! :)
